Lowesmoor traffic signal, footway and carriageway improvement works

Today we will be laying block paving from Scissor Hands Barbers to the church entrance, expect this work to last for most of today.

The works programmed for tomorrow, Thursday 4th July, will consist of laying the asphalt wearing course at the following locations:-

• Headway Charity Shop to Scissor Hands Barbers
• A section by the butchers at the Wharf entrance
• A section at the Lowesmoor / Sansome Street junction

Lowesmoor will be closed to traffic who wish to enter from the City Walls Road end of Lowesmoor. All deliveries and access to Lowesmoor will have to follow a diversion route which will allow access from Pheasant Street. This closure will last for the whole of Phase 3 of the improvement works.
