Lowesmoor traffic signal, footway and carriageway improvement works

Our schedule of works for today is to excavate and laying the base course in the footway from Tip Toes to the Brewery Tap Pub and to reinstate a section of the carriageway outside the computer shop.

Tomorrow, we plan to install the radius kerbs by the Silver Street junction and starting the installation of the litter bins throughout the site

Monday we will be completing the litter bin installation and excavating and laying the base course in the footway from Asda to Pheasant Street.
Lowesmoor will be closed to traffic who wish to enter from City Walls Road end of Lowesmoor. All deliveries and access to Lowesmoor will have to follow a diversion route which will allow access from Pheasant Street. This closure will last for the whole of Phase 3 of the improvement works.
