Lowesmoor traffic signal, footway and carriageway improvement scheme

Today will be a continuation of this weeks work of raising ironworks and Carriageway Resurfacing throughout Lowesmore. There will be Temporary Traffic Lights in place on Pheasant Street at the junction of Lowesmore.

Due to delays in material delivery the programme for today is running approximately 90 minutes later than the time advised yesterday.
The final surface will be laid on the carriageway starting at Pheasant Street end working towards City Walls Road end.
Tomorrow we plan to lay the red skid resistant dressing to the crossing point and at the City Walls Road end, subject to weather conditions.
We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we carry out these works. The Public Liaison Officer for this scheme is Terry Godwin who will be on site regularly throughout the duration of these works, he will be able to answer any questions that you may have.
